• In addition to not meeting any of the eligibility criteria, this particular sign appears to be in the middle of a driveway and therefore would not be considered to have safe pedestrian access.

• Nowhere in the Wayfarer guidelines does it specifically say "a great place for a player of one of Niantic's games to exercise," and I feel like one would have to be intentionally obtuse to read the uses of pronouns like "you" or "us" to mean only players of Niantic games.

• Part of me wonders if it's possible the original wayspot was removed (possibly for legitimate reasons such as single-family private property) and someone else renominated it.

• This looks like a potentially good wayspot. I think it stands a much better chance if you include the benches, so I would suggest taking a new photo that includes the fire pit and both benches in full. It still may take a couple tries to get it approved.
