The problem here is that you are not taking the correct formal approach by using the inbuilt abuse report in wayfarer or by waiting until the abuse has actually happened and then report it ingame. Both sign and the driving part of the bmx course stand in for the same poi. A sign being an object which could be removed does not make the whole poi invalid. The 10 upgrades will be applied automatically. It takes some time though. Which is also good, since you can choose your "upgrade next" if you watch the upgrades a few times a day.

It's tilted and I don't recognize what is supposed to be exactly the focus of photo. Where does the building start or stop? The focus is not clear enough and all my eyes wander to is something which could be an abandoned building. You got to do better than this.

Let's be honest, everybody with half a working brain would understand that you get 10 upgrades for your wayfarer account. You play PoGo and Ingress? Doesn't matter, you have only one wayfarer account.
