@NianticAtlas I went there again and did three photos. The camera is not the best so it does some weird preview sometimes, but the main picture when you open it is correct. Is it good this time? 1. 2. 3.

Tried it again with a longer description, also another upgrade. Guess the upgrade people just like to deny things. I have noticed this quite a few times. Going to give it a last try but this time without upgrade. Apparently that works better and is even how fakes are created?

Seeing how the wayspots exist only since a few months, it is hard to argue not orientate along those. I do agree that this would not be a 5* instantly, but I see it like you as an eligible nomination and I would rate it at least 3* or 4*. This would fall imo under the criteria of exploration. I have the feeling that reviewers tend to go full one or five star. Never truly understood why There are different scales in the wayfarer system. The final result is a yes or no for a wayspot. There is no in between.

Hast the challenge already started? Because I got my first candidate from Poland (even though not being close to there) and man do the surrounding POI look suspicious. 😂

You could try to edit the poi in the direction it is supposed to land and then post that rejection mail. Maybe also make a new post then.
