The help chat quality has gone downhill recently. They'll always direct the ueser to use https://www.pokemongolive.com/report-location. Contacting Niantic that way is much more effective, imo.

With that said, can we please get more options listed under 'Type of Location' and 'Reason for Removal Request'? What is currently on there definitely doesn't cover everything, especially to what we can report with the Help Chat. Thanks :)

Sounds good. Thank you :) And for a totally unrelated question; how come we can no longer report waypoints that need removal through the help chat? They keep referring us to https://www.pokemongolive.com/report-location. Not sure how that works when the options on there when the options for the type of waypoint are limited.

Somehow a cell phone tower at a park a few miles from me got accepted 😑 But heed what the previous posters said; cell phone towers are not acceptable waypoints.
