  • One time I asked for permission (once in a while) and I could get inside and capture their portals. The reaction from the oposing faction automatically labelled me as a spoofer. If they have enough qualms to question my access of the aforementioned portals, we should question the quality of the wayspot itself.

  • While it's true that Niantic allows restricted o partially restricted access portals, they don't allow to be placed them inside private property. In the first place, these agents did not ask the owner to establish these portals inside his property. On top of that, these memberships you are referring to are not affordable…
