@NianticKK although you denied this appeal, the Wayspot was re-added by the community. It’s still the same POI with no pedestrian access. Please retire it and stop this abuse.

@NianticGiffard are you positively sure the geotag on the film provided in this appeal has not been tampered with? The location of the real life POI and the geolocation of the recording provided vary to the best of my knowledge and we will provide evidence for that. Can you also rule out if the trainer recording the film…

Thank you for clarifying Gajowy75-ING. This screenshot shows exactly that is is a driveway leading to a private residential property. The part of the lot that is privately owned and the one whose entering by third parties will be considered tresspasing.

@NianticKK the Wayspot in question has returned to the very same private location with just a few feet different position here: 49.950709,20.241814 It is the very same object only with the name/title in English this time. Please retire it as you did before and stop this abuse once and for all.

And yet you failed to provide any photos proving that it is not on a private property or that it has safe pedestrian access? That's a shame.

I am afraid this link is invalid too. It shows the Google user photosphere but then redirects me to my own current geolocation. It is impossible to determine the location of the photosphere you presented here.
