They don't email you from the chat. They just ask your email to connect your report to an individual player. You get no emails. Just a chat conversation. They also answer very quickly, usually within a few hours unless it is a weekend.

As for the email issue, do like Niantic Oren said and try the wayfarer help chat. Click wayfarer access issues and tell them you are not recieveing nomination emails.

Not getting emails is a problem. However rejection reasons are not in the emails. They are in your wayfarer page when you click on "contributions ". If no reasons are listed under "rejected" then it was rejected by the AI or the niantic team if it was your first few nominations.

Yes. When and how wayfarer uses pogo location is really odd and inconsistent. It sometimes doesn't use it at all. Currently my pogo location has been stuck for about 6 months in my old hometown, while I've been playing daily in my new location. No idea when it will finally clue in and sync.

Check the nominations in your "Showcase" tab. Are they from your current play location or from the UK? Also if you are playing near a specific town on the coastline north of Paris then these reviews would be part of your regular review area and your showcase tab would likely show things from the UK south east of London.

I get what your thinking since it would be a small change with no impact on accuracy and it would benefit pogo players. From Niantic Wayfarer's perspective though both the playground and park entrance are already in thier database just fine. Niantic has previously stated that moving something purely to benefit one game or another is considered abuse. Since the original location is accurate they are very unlikely to change it. Sorry, you're SOL.

I mostly ignore those kinds of begging since the actual nomination page in pogo asks "explain why you believe your pokestop nomination is important..." If they say things like "vote 5 stars" then that would be closer to abuse.

I'm with Cyndiepooh. Upgrades are fine but the real issue is, that if we cant vote again on ones we did pre-update, then this just tossed a whole ton of nominations in a black hole. If this is the case then rural areas and deep backloged areas just got completely axed. Say something had been in voting for a few months/year…

Sounds like you think hometown location should be where you currently live. That's not the goal. You already get to review where you live because everyone also has a currently play area review location. The idea for hometown location was that it is somewhere you love and are familiar with but have moved far away from.

Unfortunately you are too rural and there is just not much nearby. You could build a little free library and place it in the public area by the bus stop. It can not be on your land and must be on public land.

Is it possible there are no waypoints to review at your bonus location? If you just changed it to somewhere rural... You might also need to wait for a bit if you did hit end of queue for things to reload.

It is really nice to be able to do 20-30 in a day when on vacation. To save up to 40 you need to not submit before the trip. Before this ingress got 14 nomination and pogo got 7 every 14 days.
