@Solino17-PGO comments with pictures do not appear immediately as they need to be approved by the moderators. For your first nomination, I'm afraid it is ineligible as they can be considered generic (the windows on that floor have the same motive). Moreover, I'm not sure the function of that building and it appears the…

Submit a photosphere using the Google Street View app. Once the photosphere has appeared on Google Maps, you can submit a location edit request at the "Location Edit Appeals" category, making sure to include the link to the photosphere.

-
Post your nomination coordinates and we can help to see if it already exists in Ingress.

There is a POI named "Virgin de la subida" that appears in Ingress https://intel.ingress.com/intel?ll=19.342898,-99.014801&z=20&pll=19.342789,-99.014801

Thanks for the helpful assistance @NianticGiffard, very much appreciated

In this case, you can report abuse immediately in the page, there should be a "Report Abuse" link at the bottom on that page. If you miss it and want to report it, you can use the Google Form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeXTFKKkhHmapgsLN7VuhKHkT7qWj9bJjH9I2UWPf2qwo20UQ/viewform

Perhaps you can post your complete nomination in the "Nomination Improvement" category and we can offer feedback on it to see whether it is eligible and if so, how it can be approved.

Just received another nomination for review from them. Supporting Information translation: "Good object, available in Google Street View. thanks. New and cheap Pokemon GO Plus. IDR 225k includes auto catch. [Tokopedia website]/soma85. #ready also rechargeable version. #save money without constantly buying batteries…

Thanks for your comment @IchieFuryAbbad-ING. I was just clarifying whether this is allowed, and had followed the suggestion by @Theisman-ING and @silverkali-ING that it falls under abuse, therefore I reported it. If @NianticGiffard says that this is allowed, I admit my mistake and will no longer reject this kinds of…

Thanks for the comment @IchieFuryAbbad-ING, unfortunately I don't drink coffee, I drink tea 😁
-
Sorry to bother you @NianticGiffard but I've reported nominations from this person as Abuse probably 5-6 times and I don't see any action being taken, as I have received this one just now. Supporting Information translation: "Good object, not updated in Google Street View but is updated in satellite mode. please zoom in…

Your two Supporting Information basically tell reviewers to accept your nominations, which warrants rejection under Abuse for attempting to influence reviewer. See https://niantic.helpshift.com/a/wayfarer/?p=web&s=wayspot-eligibility&f=rejection-criteria&l=en
-
It marks the nomination you're reviewing as duplicate, since you are checking whether the POI submitted has already existed

Stuck between a rock and a hard place.

"Invalid Wayspot Appeals" category description states that "Appeal rejected invalid Wayspot reports or request removed Wayspots be restored if they didn't meet removal criteria; nomination appeals not accepted". So if you want these nominations to be reviewed again, you'd have to resubmit it. You can consider posting on…
-
Firstly, the "Invalid Wayspot Appeals" category description states that "Appeal rejected invalid Wayspot reports or request removed Wayspots be restored if they didn't meet removal criteria; nomination appeals not accepted". So no luck posting here if you want your nomination reconsidered. Actually, you can't appeal your…

Assuming that the nomination is eligible for other requirements, you can either edit the location to the correct place (as mentioned by @PkmnTrainerJ-ING) or reject the nomination for Abuse: Supporting Information attempts to influence reviewer.

You can try asking around here if anyone lives near your area and can help you nominate
-
If you're Level 38, go to the area and submit a nomination in the game: https://niantic.helpshift.com/a/pokemon-go/?s=pokestops&f=submitting-a-pokestop-nomination&l=en&p=web
-
You'll need to reach Level 38: https://niantic.helpshift.com/a/pokemon-go/?s=pokestops&f=submitting-a-pokestop-nomination&l=en&p=web

@NEKACerria-PGO Thanks for the insight, my apologies for my misunderstanding as I am not familiar with the area. I can see that perhaps the case is that many reviewers might have seen Witness to History, and at first glance may not seem to think there is a difference, and with a small distance in between, might think that…

Screenshot of Intel Map showing the portal

Such duplicate rejections is usually caused by the fact that the same POI has already existed as a portal in Ingress, but doesn't appear as Pokestop/Gym in Pokemon GO. In your case, I checked it using Ingress Intel Map with your coordinates and found that a portal with the same photo is already present:…
-
Unfortunately in your case, there is already a POI named "Witness to History" with roughly the same photo, that exists in Ingress but doesn't appear in Pokémon GO Link to portal in Ingress Intel Map: https://intel.ingress.com/intel?ll=56.96902,21.953265&z=19&pll=56.968971,21.953339 Like mentioned many times in this forum,…

I see where you're coming from. Personally I've always done the "What's this?" just to increase review time.
-
Same problem I encountered, 404 when submitting the report to Google on desktop browser. However, I just tried reporting it on Google Maps on Android, and it works (at least it shows a "Thank you for your feedback" message)
-
For Niantic, it's likely to help develop and train a machine learning system for nomination review, and this shows when you have to choose between 3 "What's this?" types instead of optionally selecting one. Agree with the first paragraph, it's easier to say it is a religious building and be done with it, instead of…
-
I'm curious about the religious building criteria you propose, since "Church" should already cover both of your proposed criteria. Also, further separating the church criterion into more specific ones means delving into the various denominations in the world. In other words, if there is to be "Catholic Church", there…

As stated in this category description: "Appeal rejected invalid Wayspot reports or request removed Wayspots be restored if they didn't meet removal criteria; nomination appeals not accepted" Maybe post it on Nomination Improvement to see if you can increase your submission quality, then based on the feedback you can…
