Yes so I think for niantic it's now not clear are mosaic tiles in a big group made for pokestops / portals or are they a legit creative projects from the community. As example this tile is clearly just placed because of the sand around it.

Are the little free libraries on private residential property? Because I have seen this discussion a few times in forum post about Dutch little free libraries being deleted because they where in a front garden or next to someone's front door.

No those are legit wayspots. @NianticAaron tagging you to see this case of real trail markers being removed again. (This also happened in Belgium) @RestariaOudeGr8-PGO made a own forum post about this issue and none of the niantic admins responded yet in that forum post.

I reported this issue before one of the local stops was renamed poeplaan. Reporting it here didn't seem to help but contacting the wayfarer chat option and pick the option wayfarer abuse & title / description changed the title back 24 hours after reporting.
