wrong. please correct your way of reviewing. it is safe acess, so 5*. if the question was "acess availability" ..sure 2*.. but that is not to be evaluated.
-
i remember when wayfarer had an HOME button while reviewing. then niantic removed the HOME button because apparently "the users asked for it, users that are in the zone/speed reviewing would benefit from this" (i remember the reviewer community looking at each other with ????? on their faces and asking out loud, what users…
-
Niantic doesnt care.. this is going to a pathway were will be 100% filled of elitist users, that think are doing "god-work". One example that cames into my mind is a telegram group from Spain. The most ative reviewers there that "help new reviewers" interpret really bad the guidelines. Really, really bad... "oh but i am…

@SheldonScD-PGO try these, you won't see immediate effects... only after some weeks of reviewing. wait more than 20 seconds per review (use a timer with wayfarer+ plugin on mobile if you are android, use it with yandex browser app) use 3* star rating as a base and then give more or less stars if truly negative or positive…
-
probably an upgraded nomination
-
@LordofCatchers0-PGO a sign is only needed for a POI that occupy a large area or when the POI itself isn't very clear on why it is interesting (example, The POI looks like an house but atually is a small museum). Straight from the source, here are the guidelines... Placemarkers for Large Areas Larger areas like dog parks…
-
This is why it should exist some checkboxes before submmiting. to make the submmiter read the guidelines..
-
@DerwanEX-PGO sure, go ahead and 1* bad sub or 5* an excel sub without waiting 20 seconds each time.. and tell me you dont get a 4h cooldown after around 10-15 reviews. Not to mention, in Ingress AMA there was a question about the star rating and the answer was 1-2* are a negative review, 3* neutral and 4-5* are a positive…

@DjengisKaren-PGO remote submissions in pogo are possible for a long time. But it is not natively in-app available. not a new feature. against the rules? well, talking about s2 cells and such is breaking the TOS so... take it with a grain of salt. good luck
-
@DjengisKaren-PGO Using the one and only bad scenario that you describe, the 3*-forest thing, I don't see how bad can that be since people don't just go to a random forest.... so, in the end, no abuse. People finds other ways to abuse the system and it isnt like this..... thats why we have satelite view, the support photo,…
-
@DjengisKaren-PGO the ability to remote submit is asking for wayfarer abuse? please explain how.
-
@Snapsquatch-PGO wait 20 seconds per review dont give the same exact rating in everything (mix 3-4* for example), several times in a row. The system is more a yes no maybe approach....so who cares about star rating. use wayfarer+ plugin for sure, you will never receive a cooldown again
-
Can all of you stop with this childish discussion? lol Focus on what is important, it should exist a nominator's test or some checkboxes while submitting (to avoid brainless submissions). PERIOD. @every_niantic_employee...but they only care about abuse and fakes reports lol What i don't like is the latest data-mined…

@MilesMitsurugi-PGO what you mean? Join your national wayfarer group because they know valid examples there. since each country has their unique rules/laws. For example, rural europe area normally doesnt have a sidewalk, so more people are prone to bypass the need for "safe pedestrian acess" since the road itself is the…

instead of a street sign that has no relevance to the plaza other than it being on the same street I said about the street sign that has the plaza name in it "Plaza X", not a street sign of a closer random street reviewers need to educate themselves about "anchors". There are lots of plazas out there without fancy plaques,…
-
we arent submitting the street sign of the plaza. We are submitting the plaza itself but since it is a big area, we need an "ancher" hence we use the street sign. is the concept of an "anchor" new to some reviewers ? If it is not, dont worry. read this https://wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/criteria#guidelines Placemarkers for…
-
Reviewers need to answer a small eg 5 questions quiz after x amount of reviewes. Lots of reviewers are not up-to-date. always asking for "history" and "needs proof that a famous person went there". excuse me, but read the criteria page and there is nothign asking for it. social, exercise or exploration. period.…
-
a fancier plaque that bursts out fireworks. only that kind plaque they would accept.
-
asking that is stupid since it is in the criteria page Plaza (as in open square/big area to socialize, normally has benches, 99% of the area is exclusivly pedestrian, has a garden etc, for you people that get the terms confused) since it is a big area lets anchor ir in the street sign! Placemarkers for Large Areas Larger…
-
@Jtronmoore-PGO please go away. really. Placemarkers for Large Areas Larger areas like dog parks or sport fields make great Wayspots, but it is important to choose the right placement of the Wayspot that respects the activity it was designed to support. Instead of placing the Wayspot in the center of an open field, park,…
-
@stayKeener-PGO nobody cares. Plazas are some of the examples and i tried "to anchor" the plaza using the street sign. people reject it....
-
@Ark4242-PGO the portuguese translation on the wayfarer website, is translated to Portuguese - Brazil, not Portuguese-Portugal. And the translation could be better.... reviewers from Portugal have headaches reading the version in portuguese-brazil. However in spanish, the translation is clearer.... "¿Por qué esta propuesta…
-
@ShadowDHA-PGO when you choose 1* in wayfarer website, if you choose PRP reason here is what it says: "Why is this an ineligible Wayspot nomination? Private Residence or Farm Use for nominations that are on single family residences or private farmlands." How is possible for a community to confuse this phrase?!?!?!? where…

@Mald3r-ING noticeboards re also super boring since most of the times is just a simple wood board with some papers in it but they are also an easy 5*,after niantic step in. until then.. nobody would accept them. need confirmation from niantic themselves for footpath nods?
-
@PokemonFan2468-PGO well, in my country there are areas like that. almost like a business like. but there are also random places in the woods (normally near a main car road) that are "rustic" campsites. the area don't have grass and there is usually a stone circle for the campfire.
-
can someone explain to me how campsites don't fit the criteria? @LukeAllStars-PGO why aren't they eligible? please explain. @Shirokun3741-PGO natural feature? are campsites natural formed after million years? /s i dont get it
-
sure they are kind boring.. but they fit the eligibility criteria. clearly, with no doubts. this is abuse? lol a good wayspot is something that make users discover their community... (people use the "abuse" word a lot around here, no wonder i didnt react after receiving a rejection email saying that my sub got flagged for…

thank you @Gendgi-PGO and @GearGlider-ING
-
@DerWelfe2205-PGO yeah... tell that everytime i full 5* or 1* several reviews in a row. without waiting 20 seconds each time. i see the star rating as an "yes/maybe/no" rating. never truly used 2* or 4*. i only used 2-4* to make sure That i dont give the same exact rating because algorithms..... and i dont want cooldowns.…

oh. so having a trail marker appear every 200 meters is bad? ok got it /s
