It's a road sign, so not eligible.
-
You have submitted a signpost pointing "to" the location of a POI. The "Weber Hause"may well be an acceptable POI, but a signpost giving directions to a possible is not eligible.
-
@NianticVK . Thanks for looking. However, I have to ask, why does the location of this "statue" not qualify as "PRP" as the item is clearly located on the boundary wall of a private house? In fact you have to walk down somebodies private drive to actually reach it.
-
Standard "generic public footpath markers" are not eligible as Waypoints, and usually for a park a sign is required as an anchor point for an entrance, a footpath sign is not suficcient.
-
It's not a pub any more, it's a Tescos. "1* not eligible" submission - correctly rejected.
-
Straightforward "1* no Pedestrian access" rejection. Whether it's a fountain or an aerator, it's in the middle of a lake, so there is obviously "No Pedestrian Access". "Lack of nearby Pokestops" is not an acceptance criteria.
-
For the playground, I would suggest waiting until the thaw so the play equipment is a little more obvious. I would not consider a list of "campsite owners" to be eligible.

Easy way to answer you question about an appeal or a resubmit, lets see your photosphere. You will then get an opinion on whether people think it is PRP (so no point resubmitting as it is ineligible) or not PRP ( either appeal or resubmit) and so we can see a valid location.
-
You cannot appeal rejected nomination in this forum directly - you either need to use an "Appeal", currently disabled, or resubmit if you think it meets the criteria. It is not one single person reveiwing your nomination. Each review requires multiple people to review and vote on your submission. Looking at it, it would…

Based purely on this one photo, this looks "home made", hence you got a rejection for "temporary". You need it is "official" somehow.

Meanwhile, at the first Ambassadors meeting, NianticTonto introduces this years team. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yi8SLhpukho
-
Do you have a link for your photosphere? The PRP question remains unanswered.
-
Lets see a location or some photos of your possible nominations to see what you mean.
-
Deep breaths everybody. Before we get through the 2700 different lists of "demands" that we expect ambassadors to do on our ( or just my perhaps) demands list, lets just see: a) How things go for a month or two and b) See if any of our Ambassadors are actually allowed to accomplish anything by Niantic. I know a lot of the…

Got to use up those 40 nominations asap.
-
We need to see the supporting photo too so we can see if it on PRP or not - we can't give a full evaluation based on this 1 photo.
-
The siting of the POI on an access controlled company site where "the public" are not allowed to enter is not a reason for removal, as Niantic have said many many times. The lack of "Safe Pedestrian Access" is a reason for this Waypoint to be considered invalid. Niantic do say "don't trespass" when trying to reach POIs,…

I've seen this one before and struggled to confirm the location - I think I skipped in the end.
-
If that belong to the library, then I would consider it part of the library and call it a "Duplicate" - on it's own it's not got enough going for it as a Waypoint.
-
Is it the holiday / seasonal home of a single family, or is it a seasonal holiday rental property? The first is not eligible, the second is.
-
This appears only to be a temporary restriction on access to all, and authorised employees can still get to the Waypoint. Not a reason for removal.
-
Difficult to tell from the photos here (which is why we like to see full submission details) if they are on a "Private Residential Property" - ie a single family residence, in which case the submission would automatically be invalid and ineligible, or are on a multi-family residence building, in which case they do not…

This..

It's not really a "community sign", it's a sub-division marker. These are not eligible, hence the "other rejection criteria".
-
All that mean is that 15 of your reviews matched the community decision and so counted towards your upgrade total. If, for instance, you reviewd another 15 that did not agree, then there is nothing to tell you that. If your "disagrees" outweigh your "agrees" then your rating is unlikely to climb up.
-
Well, the new "15 minute reviewer test with unlimited retries" facility does really sound like it was developed to allow monkeys with keyboard access to join in. You don't need to understand anything anout the criteria, just keep trying and eventually you will get through, though copying the You-tube "how to pass" videos…
-
Whether you agree or not is not the issue. This is what Niantic have to say regarding "public access". Niantics game, Niantics rules. From the November 2020 AMA, How does “publicly accessible” apply to locations that have limited access, like members-only clubs, gated communities, time-restricted areas? Just like with the…
-
Your nomination appears to be a subdevision sign, these are not eligible. Some reviewers may think you are deliberately trying to created a Waypoint using something that "everybody knows" is not eligible, ie a "fake Waypoint", hence the "Abuse" rejection reason. Unfortunately, "zero stops" is not a reason for accepting…
-
That looks a nice mosaic, but if it's on the wall of a Private Residential Property then it's not eligible to be a Waypoint. If you don't have Streetview then you need a good Photosphere to allow reviewers to confirm a location and check for "PRP".
