Lets see your full nomination - both photos, text and location, so we can comment. A streetsign does not sound particularly eligible.

Thanks for the link: Good question! It’s true that these are now up for consideration as eligible Wayspots. Famous waterfalls and lagoons, or popular cenotes and lakes are great places to explore. When considering these, think about whether there’s a specific location you can direct people to: a sign, an informational…

1 Stop per S17 cell - sponsored Stop takes priority.
-
Unfortunately, all we have is the nomination photo to go on. Agreed, a good supporting photos should sort it but we don't see it in the OP, hence my comment.
-
You got there fine. I've seen plenty of places in exactly the same sort of situation that I could get to without problems. You asked why Niantic might have rejected your appeal for "Pedestrian Access". I'm just giving you the Niantic POV on localities like this - nothing to do with me "assuming about places I've never been…

I'm writing my comments based on what I can see in the nomination photo. From what I can see, the "heart" does not look fixed in position and in my area something like this would be taken indoors at night to prevent it being removed. Just because it collects recycling for a charity does not suddenly make it any more…

Lets see the full nomination then - photos and text and location.
-
Scout only campsite - K-12 - Report the lot in a single post with a list for the Niantic team.
-
A "natural feature" - not eligible - nominate something else. Meets no Niantic criteria. If there is some sort of sign, use that at the Nomination photo.
-
You nomination is situated in the middle of a road junction - there is no "pedestrian access" to the location. In accessability terms, it is the same as being in the middle of a roundablut or traffic island, there is no pedestrian footway to the location. The "Pedestrian Access" rejection reason is correct.
-
Probably because it is so new there is no way to see it on Sat View or Street view, hence the "Mismatched Location" rejection reason.
-
No, likely just overloaded by all ther people who submitted an appeal on a daily basis while the system was only supposed to allow one per month (a niantic bug). This means there are probably 30-40x more appeals in the system then there should be at present.
-
Looks "temporary" to me. Which of the three Niantic criteria does it meet?
-
If the Waypoint was either of the 2 murals, they would appear to be on the wall of a Private Residential Property. Reading your OP, I assume they are on the wall of your property. Unfortunately, murals on the wall of a PRP like this are classed as "Invalid" by Niantic and will be removed if reported. It does not matter if…
-
No - temporary stickers. Reject.
-
Cemetaries are not considered by Niantic to be particularly suitabler areas for Waypoints - most submissions these days are rejected as a "sensitive location"..
-
I think you may be confusing "public access" with "ownership". Just because there is "public access" does not mean there is "no owner". Somebody always owns a bit of land like this. A quick trawl round the internet shows up plenty of info on the "Cummings Centre Campus", and it is advertised as a "Business Campus". The…

Thank you for looking, but the Notice board has been removed. It has not been "relocated". What more do I need to do to prove this? @NianticVK , @NianticGiffard
-
If everything within the Business park disappeared all at once, it would seem very likely that the owners / manager of the Business Park have contacted Niantic directly and asked them to remove them all. They are not showing on the Ingress Intel map either, which tends to support this conclusion. Perhaps the Business Park…

Not eligible - automatic 1* rejection - "Does not meet criteria".
-
A bench - not even a "memorial bench". Not eligible - 1* "Does mot meet criteria" rejection.
-
None of these nominations is eligible - they meet none of the Niantic criteria .
-
1 Apartment = 1 residence - does not matter how many families live there.
-
Yes - same as in the UK. However, if the hut is primarily there for the Scouts / belongs to the scouts, then it is a K-12 location.
-
In that case, you need to report the portal for being a "fake portal", not for "no public access". You will need to prove that the Mosque does not exist at that location by providing a geo-tagged set of photos and / or showing that the photosphere you mention is at a fake location.
-
In that case, you have to go through the "Invalid Waypoint Appeals" process on this forum - one Waypoint per thread, follow the template for reporting you get when you make a new post in there.
-
"Official" street art or not, if they are on the walls or fence belonigng to a PRP then they are ineligible as per Niantics repeated comments on the subject.
-
Lets see some of these "duplicate" nominations - full details and location. I'm betting that some of these are already Portals in Ingress, which is why you are getting a "duplicate" rejection.
-
Certainly, from the nominations I have reviewed, some people do seem to submit every sign in a zoo.
