Yes, upgrades are broken right now. However, appeals are not broken. They are just slow with doing them and skip a bunch of the new ones when doing LIFO. (View Post)

That's exactly my point. I would rather them just focus on FIFO, instead of this LIFO model and they skip a bunch of nominations. (View Post)
