I've resubmitted it again, with all the comments noted. The covered walkways had now been rejected as they think its a "natural feature"... Clearly an abuser of power, or dumb as a mule. (View Post)

It's historically interesting, on public land and is a permanent structure... that meats the criteria alone without everyone rushing to reference grade II websites. More photos attached. (View Post)
