They do not need to tell the mechanism. But in the nomination process there should be a warning if the nomination would not appear in the game you nominate the POI in. (View Post)

If you reject everything, you will have a good rating. The Cast majority of nominations are garbage. If you want to drop your rating, you have to approve everything (View Post)
