It's been over a week, are we supposed to bump these if they get lost on the page? I have another still waiting too, but my third got a response.
Sorry for the delay, Agent. Due to insufficient evidence, we’re unable to remove the Portal in question. If you can share additional evidence like geotagged images or a 360° video of the location, we’ll take another look.
I'll try and get back out there later sometime this week.
The church building has been here for years, in Google Maps it scanned January 2008, August 2011, October 2014, and November 2015. You'll notice in each scan on street view the building has tidy landscaping, parking spaces with concrete markers, the sign has a message on it, and the windows are clean and upkept.
I did not remember to geotag my photos, but you'll see the two clearly match up. You'll notice the building is overgrown with vines, the awning has peeling paint, the windows no longer kept up, and the message on the the sign has fallen to disrepair. There was also a previous waypoint on the corner on the south end of the block that was a sign for this church - the only thing left is the metal frame as the signage is removed because the church no longer is there. That waypoint has been removed already. I've included the November 2015 and March 2021 street scans here as well.

Thanks for the appeal, Trainer. We gave this a second look and after reviewing the additional evidence provided, we've decided to retire the Pokéstop/Gym in question.
