Recovery of a Wayspot that doesn't appear on ANY game map despite being accepted
I hope this is the appropriate category to post this request, since technically it is neither a nomination appeal nor a proper bug report... Despite being accepted through the regular evaluation process, the Wayspot in question has apparently been discarded from its inclusion as part of the Wayfarer database, regardless of its potential appearance in games like Ingress and Pokémon Go, and therefore we'd like to ask for it to be considered for reinstation.

Additional information: Despite the fact that the result of the evaluation process should have already been decided upon, we've been able to verify that this Wayspot has been incorrectly removed from Niantic's database, therefore preventing the PoI itself from being registered and appearing on ANY game map. As you can check for yourself by referring to the nomination ID and the screenshot we're attaching below, the Wayspot was regularly accepted thanks to the evaluation process by the community, but to this day we haven't been able to demonstrate its existence as part of the Wayfarer database.
As you can see from the date of the proposal, the nomination was approved long before the introduction of the Lightship platform, but the fact remains that even after the new features have been made available to the players, there is still no way for us to verify whether or not this Wayspot has been correctly integrated on some sort of platform or if it needs to go through the nomination process once again, which in principle should not be the correct approach to handle this.
At the time, the e-mail accompanying the final decision on the nomination came with the typical statement that the Wayspot might not have appeared as a Pokéstop or Gym according to the inclusion rules of the game, and while this was in fact intended behaviour, it would appear that the Point of Interest we requested hasn't appeared either as a Portal in Ingress nor as a Wayspot on Wayfarer!
Thanks to the launch of the new feature in Pokémon Go enabling players to see the existence of surrounding Wayspots that already appear in other Niantic games, we have finally been able to confirm that the Wayspot has not been registered correctly onto the platform, incongruently with what had previously been disclosed. It's therefore because of this reason that we as a community would like to ask for it to be recovered as part of the database. Although we remain aware that the inclusion rules might prevent us specifically from enjoying its benefits directly, we would still be more than happy to know we have contributed towards the expansion of the platform, giving some closure to this nomination which has been stuck in the limbo for almost 2 years and awaiting for directions on how to handle similar situations in the future. We're thankful for your attention and we'll be looking forward to your response!

NianticGiffard will be along in a little while to say "Not all accepted Waypoints appear in Niantic games as we have a second set of our own criteria we apply to them after they are accepted", or something very very similar. I'm guessing that area has too many POI for any more to be added.
Prior to the change over to Lightship, any nomination that was accepted but too close to an existing portal in Ingress simply did not get added to the database, and to all intents and purposes, functions as if it was never submitted in the first place. That was the system working exactly as intended back then. Therefore it likely doesn't exist on the system as a Wayspot that can be restored. You're welcome to resubmit the wayspot and, assuming it's still too close to anything, it will at least get added to the Lightship database this time should it get accepted again.
I am aware that until a couple months back it was considered as a known behaviour, but that still doesn't detract from the fact that the result was still unintended and widely regarded as an issue, which undoubtedly might have been considered as such since it has now been resolved. However, the primary reason we decided to write an appeal for this specific Wayspot is the fact that nominations in the area are now taking 1.5 years without an upgrade, and that's besides the assumption that they will be accepted in the first place. And the most interesting part is that if you move just a couple hundred meters east, beyond the border of the cell, it would only take a week instead! Given that we don't have any ulterior reason to nominate this Wayspot ourselves, since we won't be able to benefit from it anyway, we have then decided to refer to Niantic directly asking if they want to include this in their database, given that it was regularly accepted and we have no intention of submitting it again.
That's honestly what we were expecting too, but the situation here is a little different, since it doesn't appear not only in Pokémon Go but neither in Ingress. If we were to nominate it again the end result wouldn't be different at all, it would also prevent it from appearing in any game but at least it would be added onto the Wayfarer platform, at least giving the impression that our efforts nominating stuff like this has been useful for some kind of purpose. Who knows, perhaps it might even appear in the future as soon as we end up fixing the incorrect locations of the other Wayspots in the surrounding
Exactly!
Is this it? No further explanation? I'm sorry but I honestly expected a little more insight from an official reply hahaha
But that's ok! What left me the most perplexed is why would we need to resubmit this nomination again since it was accepted already. Usually when there are already "too many PoIs" the new Pokéstop or Portal might not show up in game but at least it would be still present on the Wayfarer map, which in this instance we've confirmed not to be the case. And it would still be perfectly fine if it didn't appear, we were just a little unsure on how to proceed since I wanted to make sure everything was working as intended... Thanks!
Well, I just tried to avoid the long monotonous lines since @sogNinjaman-ING shed light on this matter. For this, you may reach out to our support team to get further insights.
