Request for restoration of Wayspot
Title of the Wayspot: Basen przy Lic.Sienkiewicza
Location: 50.813351,19.109925
City: Częstochowa
Country: Poland
Screenshot of the Rejection Email: n/a
Additional information:
Please restore Wayspot at the place of the City Swimming Pool. It is not a pool owned by the school, but by the city. The name is "Sienkiewicz Czestochowa":
https://www.mosir.pl/index.php?page=obiekty&id=31
The person reporting it for removal first changed the name and description of Wayspot, that it is a school pool - which is a lie. It was then reported for removal as K-12 (very clever). Please also take permanent action against this person, you know very well who he is. Thanks. @NianticVK
P.S. If restoration will be is possible, please change the name to "Pływalnia kryta Sienkiewicz Częstochowa" and remove the description that it is a school pool.

1. The swimming pool is City swimming pool - @Robert4444-ING linked this information .
2. The school does not have a swimming pool among its "sports facilities". Information is here: https://sportbaza.sienkiewicz.czest.pl/
But will this convince the NIANTIC appeals handlers? or will they insist that "We don't use OSM for appeals, but because there is a school at OSM ...." 😉.
@NianticGiffard or @NianticOtoStar I kindly remind about the decision.
Thanks for the appeal, @Robert4444-ING ! We looked at the Wayspot again and stand by our decision to retire the Wayspot.
Nie ufam twojej wypowiedzi, bo nie masz nawet logo Wayfarer w awatarze
@NianticLC has both the Niantic and moderator roles assigned to them, which can only be done by an admin as far as I'm aware. That means they are legitimate. They're just one of the new staff members on the forum.
Thanks for reaching out, @Robert4444-ING! We've seen it in a new light however stand by our decision to have it retired as per our removal criteria.
"as per our removal criteria" Do you even know your criteria? Since when does a PUBLIC swimming pool meet the removal criteria?
Ok, I see you're one of the new mods ... I hoped new one will now something about criteria, but I was wrong.
PIUBLIC SWIMMING POOL meet these
(highlithed)
ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA, so tell me how it meets removal criteria? Thanks for sharing the information! We've given it another look and based on the evidence provided, we've decided to restore the Wayspot in question.
Third time lucky. Do you flip a coin when taking decisions?
I think, sometimes they don't hear despite the evidence
