Additional information: The Smeetskruus portal is located in a nature reserve area. It is not accessible by humans anymore because the area has turned into a nature reserve part a couple of years ago. Before there was a farm and a cross (Smeetkruus portal) but this has all been removed since the area has been turned into a nature reserve area. The roads which can be seen on the maps are blocked by gates and no access signs as can be seen in the pictures. To capture the portal you have to trespass this area illegally disrupting wildlife. Please take care the the animals in this area get their deserved rest and remove this portal from the game.

Up!
Thanks for the appeal, Agent. We took another look at the Wayspot in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
Can you please explain why portals in not accessible areas are not removed?
You can try getting legal access to the reserve in order to access the Portal (incl. being a staff or whatsoever).
It can only be removed by direct request from the reserve's manager.
The cross itselves has also been removed. It is simply not there anymore. There is no reason to keep this portal up.
Hiiiiiiiiiiiii @RwinR-ING,
Allow me to help you with this case because, I have had a similar one solved right now.
With the access requirements, I advice you to check the current legislation. So you can know when you can access it and which time, also it would help you to figure out if something is wrong with this portal.
For the cross, try to check if there are photospheres available to support your point of view (I see there are none). Are you able to see it from the fence? Then, make one to prove it.
Try to compile the current evidence (news, legislation, anything), that would help you to see whether this portal is legit or not. Don't give up!
I try to make my reports with full and detailed information so the mods can judge it easier from their point of view. Don't assume they know more than the wayspot than you, you need to tell them with proofs!
How can the reserve's manager contact nia to report this?
Thanks but I thought that I provided sufficient evidence with the pictures. The 'geen toegang' signs is Dutch for 'no access'.
Attached a picture with geotag as evidence that the cross has been removed. Please remove this portal from the map.
Something that might help you out, a restricted access wayspot does not make it invalid. As long as someone has access to it, presumably authorized employees for this area, it is perfectly valid. Wayspots do NOT need general public access to be valid.
On the removal of the cross, that I can't comment on. Just wanted to point out that restricted access locations are perfectly fine.
See the recently uploaded geotagged photo.
So please reconsider this
Time to get the ambassadors again. Their website says there are trails to explore in the nature preserve so clearly it has access.

side note: why can’t I tag more than one person!!!
Ambassadors cannot help with this process, and anyways a wayspot not accessible by the general public is not a problem. In this case the 'boswachter' has access, which is sufficient. However, if the object in question is not there that is a real removal reason.
I guess why I wanted the ambassadors to intervene was because this looked like a case of maliciously reporting and falsifying data to have something removed. They helped in another case. But I still can’t tag more than one person.
