Those are not single family residences.
@29andCounting-PGO Yes those ARE single family residences. There are 3 of them for sale at the moment (brush up on your Dutch) :) :
I understand a US citizen would think this, as I recently learned this is not common in the US, but in the Netherlands most of the houses are built against each other (terraced houses) on a street. The house numbers you see are separate houses, rented (or in this case: owned) by one individual or a family, as the above broker company lists. Number 77 costs almost 500K, number 93 at a bargain at 225K in euros (showing the dire state of Dutch housing at the moment).
Hey there, @Jeroenix-ING! After reviewing the additional evidence provided, we’ve decided to retire the Wayspot in question.
@NianticOtoStar can you explain to me why this wayspot is marked as 'private residence'? Because in my opinion, this one is easy to reach from the street. Please reconsider this .. streetviews -> https://goo.gl/maps/4txKa6tBmweLhFwUA
Please also consider this waypoint is a public mini library. You're allowed to swap books from it even if you do not live there. I don't see why you wouldn't be allowed on the public sidewalk to play a game, but you are allowed to literally reach into the object to swap a book.
I also want to point you at this condition in the acceptence creteria: Libraries (including free little libraries on public spaces)
This little librarie is faced to the street, in my opinion this wayspot should be reinstated as soon as possible.
@justmeister-ING The Wayfarer guidelines are clear on this: if an object resides on, or is attached to private residential grounds, the Wayspot is invalid. This one should not have been accepted by reviewers. If it is reachable, or if you're 'allowed' by the home owner is not even relevant in this regard and has been discussed at length, every time with the same outcome.
One guideline (an LFL is a good candidate) does not negate another guideline (it must not be on or attached to private house/garden shed/wall/whatever).
I'm waiting for the NIA response. Not yours, that's always clear.
😂😂😂
So i put something like this on my property and reachable from the street , then it’s a legit portal ???
not if this object is on your private ground, it seems.
