This is just another bad decision where although the artwork is virtually the same, the decision instead wastes everyone's time through this appeal and by accepting it firsthand. There are zero grounds or reasons for this rejection.

The point is: murales should be not on private residences and 40m far from them. But I understand not always this rule is accepted and, instead, me I HAVE to accept them because, in other case, I would just be in contrast with 90% of users that ignore this rule.
Look this murale
it is fantastic but clearly on a private residence.... And it should be not accepted but I had to give it 4 stars because expecially here there were at leadt 5 other murales, as big as this one, on other buildings that were already accepted..
If you even paid the slightest attention to the sign on the right that says 'allied french polishers', you wouldn't even realise that this isn't a submission appeal, but a photo appeal. This is in an industrial area, do people live in factories? Get your head straight.
Also that photo you posted, it looks fine because it looks like it's clearly on the wall of a multi-family residence (ie an apartment). Its those clearly visible license plates you shouldn't be posting.
I wonder if the fact that the Wayspot is no where near the correct location has anything to do with the image being rejected.
It doesn't seem to be the so-called "single-family private residential property", therefore this nomination is fine.
I wondered about this too.
Considering that it's not in the right location at all (literally in the middle of the road), it should be where the solar panels are located just off the radius of the circle. But knowing that location edits are live but excessively constrained (give or take 10m moves), I can't even move it to where its actual location is, let alone the other side of the road.
And because it's in Marrickville (close to Sydney CBD), this location edit will take forever unless a miracle like what happened in early April happens again.
Well, the chair tornado is now in the right spot now. Almost.
I would appreciate the photo to be accepted now.
Appeal Accepted- Thanks for the appeal, Agent. Based on the evidence provided, we’ve accepted the image for the Portal.
