I drove by a shopping plaza today that I have driven by many times over the last few years. The plaza has 3 Pokestops and I finally looked at what they were. Not really sure what's been rejected but I think I've found the area on maps.. It's sadly not the greatest space for POI's to nominate and the bridge and one of the rest areas are already a way spots so it's not striking out as an area without stops, just not one with back to back stops. You could attempt the other rest… -

It actually fails the first acceptance criteria as there is nothing that identifies it as a particular plaza or courtyard. It is just landscaping with a bench and face street sign. -

Selectively? lmfao! I read the entire thread. Every post. He does explicitly state by proving a photographic example "a s-t-r-i-p mall that features one or more establishments that draws crowds, the plaza sign should be an adequate nomination".
