Re: mural in parking garage - worth upgrading?
Also no one mentioned this but Niantic has said it before; POI doesn’t have to be accessible to everyone. Murals are almost always on buildings so they’re almost always acceptable because it’s almost impossible for one to be inaccessible. It would have been painted for that reason because it is accessible to at least one… -
Re: Inacessible wayspots, that giving advantage
First of all: the forum can only be used to appeal rejected wayspot removal requests. You have to report the in-game first, and if your reports are rejected, you can appeal here. Second: Wayspots do not need to be accessible to everyone or all the time. If the location is correct for these PoIs and they are accessible to… -

Re: Found this on reddit, what is the guidance?
And just to belay the nitpicky rules-lawyerly types... This is NOT the same as a location which is not accessible to the public 24/7/365, ie. a business, gated community, theme park. I do not really understand this, since out of my knowlage the game is not accessible for people with disabilities. If I think longer about it: You should not touch art in general. So this rule seems to be strange too. -
Re: Can I pay for the park and the business running from home to be a poke stop?
In order for businesses to be sponsors, they have to be in a publicly accessible location. A home based business would not be eligible to be a sponsor. Have a physical location where users can receive service(s) and where the business makes in-person contact with the user. Virtual or online-only businesses are not… -
Re: New Criteria requires "publicly accessible"
Im interested in this too. If "publicly accessible" means it is should be accessible to the public ALWAYS then its a big deal! This will rule out theme-parks only open some part of year and so on. If "publicly accessible" means it should SOMETIMES be accessible to the public, then it would also be pretty easy to understand… -
