    Private businesses with restricted access are perfectly valid wayspots. Wayspots don't have to be accessible by everyone.

    As long as it is attached to a private property, no matter how accessible it is, it should never be accepted.

    Got suggestion to change screenshot format, to be included inline: In google street view of old place can be seen, that bilboard "Šilainių biblioteka" is removed. New place is not accessible to cars (so no street view). But google maps (like I included in screenshot), have current picture.

    Wayspots don't have to be accessible to everyone... they just have to be accessible to some members of the public. Things in gated communities are absolutely legit. In Ingress, restricted access wayspots can be extremely valuable because they can be used as tactical and strategic assets.

    Perhaps community mailboxes would be a better example. They hold value and are often situated in areas where local players would benefit from accessible wayspots, but they are not great places to explore, exercise, or be social.

    Doesn’t look like it’s safely accessible unless you can get to the other side. Is there a public right of way there? Apparently some would say you would have to be able to touch it. From your photos and videos you haven’t demonstrated a safe way to get across the river. Is there a bridge?

    Publicly accessible only means that it can be accessed by any member of the public, that includes anyone who lives in the apartments. It does not meet it has to be accessible to everyone or at all times.

    It's on the private grounds of a company. It's accessible to anyone that has permission to be there, which is in compliance with Wayfarer rules.     A wayspot does not have to be accessible to everyone to be legitimate. Providing some people can access it safely then it is perfectly valid, even if it is restricted by membership.
