Series of Fake Wayspots

I submitted reports for several fake wayspots in game 3 months ago however as of now I've only received a response to about half of the invalid wayspot reports. Since those reports additional fake wayspots appeared in the same general area last month, which I have also reported in game with no response thus far. The series… -
Re: Upcoming Changes to Nomination Reviews - Discussion
I don't really use 2* (if I'm that unsure I will probably reject), but I will use 4* if I can't actually see it but have good reason to believe it is close. Right now I am using it for a review for an item in a museum, it's indoors so I can't see exactly where it is, but the museum is obvious on the map and other items… -

Re: 2 Bad Rejections in Row, Why are most reviewers terrible?
Not exactly sure thats a trail head, looks more like a marker denoting the entrance to sanctuary and to stay on the trail. Your submission is a bit confused, you call it a trail yet also an entrance sign when it actually looks like a rules sign / name sign. I would have scored it 3* or lower on the tittle and description… -
Re: Should (Permanent) Markers On An Orienteering Trail Be Treated Like Holes On A Golf Course?

Each field is 1 poi. Gazzas89 has the right idea. I believe if its a sports course like dosc golf you’d get the head of it only. But for trails According to the most recent november ama for trail markers each trail marker is eligible not just the head or a junction. They do not mention that only the heads and a junction… -
Wayfarer is like lunatics running the asylum
After a long break from Ingress I have returned to find that portal submissions are ridiculous now. I have seen fast food restaurants approved as portals in heavily "portaled" areas. What about Bojangles chicken and biscuits meets the criteria? I see NUMEROUS cases of signs. Yes, plain signs. It is so bad that I believe… -
Re: Helpful Information to evaluate in Germany

Trail markers Hiking trails Hiking trails signs in Germany can be of any type, but the most common type is shown in the following picture. Signs in shape of arrows. Most common colors: white letters on green background, or black letters on yellow background. The quirk of them: Even if a trail marker is part of a big named… -
Re: Clarify "Abuse" options
One abuse rejection does not do anything to your status. I got started really using this forum when I got an "abuse" rejection for a trail marker submission that appeared to be traffic signs. (I emailed the town and they said they were working on a new trail marker design and will replace those when they are finalized. I… -
Fake Submission - Chigwell CountryCare Nature Trail

This is the 3rd time I have had this fake nomination appear on my review screen in recent weeks. The nomination is Fake. Google does not have any information on the "Chigwell CountryCare Nature Trail". The supposed trail marker is fake, it it the style found on "Buy Waymarker discs" on internet shopping and the design is… -
Re: How much weight do you put on the description?
For me, I try to add stuff in if there's stuff to add. For example, a play park, all I need to say for that is "play park for the locals to use" Why bother adding anything else? Same for football pitches or basketball courts etc. But if I'm adding a trail marker, a mural, park/nature reserve entrances etc. I'll try to add…
