You failed that test because you don't understand the criteria. None of the hypothetical reasons you suggested for rejecting nominations is a valid reason. -

If you've failed the test twice you're out. There's no third chance unless Niantic decides to create a special event (they did it once IIRC) -

When in life should you ever “wing-it” on a test 🙄. Should of read the criteria before hand and maybe after you failed the first time. -
