Re: Trailmarkers - warning received
It doesn't even apply to trail markers. Trail markers are objects that placemark a section of a trail, and a section of a trail can never be generic/mass-produced. They are all unique. They may know their own rules, but they surely do not understand them. The community and the ambassadors have been raising this issue for… -
Fake Waypoint - The Shipwrights Way badge - Basingstoke, UK

Waypoint Location - https://intel.ingress.com/intel?ll=51.292942,-1.080372&z=16 A fake waypoint on a site I know very well. This came up on my review screen a couple of weeks ago and I reported it as "Abuse - Fake Nomination" at the time. Tonight I was working onsite near to the location of this Waypoint and noticed on my… -

Re: Trail Discusion
Niantic said in the last AMA, that's there is no need to have a name to validate a trail marker. It's the trail that is unique, no the marker. We don't care if the marker is mass producted or not (the "generic" criteria no longer exist). A trail marker is a 5* submission. That's all. Unfortunatly too many people create… -

Heritage trail signs of something that is already a poi
So in my local park, the have installed a heritage trail for the park, ive already submitted a couple of points for things that weren't already in game, mostly ponds or gardens that wouldn't have passed on their own. But I was wondering, what do people think of submitting the trail marker for, say, a listed building that… -
Re: Invalid Wayspot Appeal
Photo 1 shows the trail marker stuck to one of the bollards along Woodside Road and it can be seen that it is clearly a professional quality vinyl sticker and not a piece of paper attached with adhesive. The trail marker in Photo 1 is also not displaying any missing chunks from around the edges instead showing that the… -
Re: Memorial Bench
Personally, I think this should be accepted on a trail because it's a spot for hikers/bikers to stop and socialize and talk as well as encourage people on trail to explore father down the trail the same way a trail mile marker sign is acceptable to Niantic. I'd encourage you in any resubmission, to not only play up the…
