It would still be eligible. Not all Wayspots need to be accessible to everyone, and Wayspots behind a gated community are still eligible. Limited/restricted access does not mean unsafe pedestrian access. -

Attached to the front garden wall of a property means this counts as PRP. It might be accessible to the public but Niantic have said these locations should be classed as PRP. -

Based on the last comment from Niantic, these should not be accessible under the interface with emergency services rejection criteria. How frequently they are likely to be used is irrelevant. -

Your arguments are worthless. As you said yourself, people have access, that ends the subject. The wayspot is legitimate. It doesn't have to be accessible to everyone. -

i live near this portal and the wayspot and the surrounding area are still completely accessible and secure, the site was closed for just a few hours while the wooden pillars were removed to replace with steel pillars in the coming weeks. The tower will keep the same name, the same design, only the pillars will be replaced…
