It typically means that reviewers didn't have enough information to confirm the location. The best thing you can do is to think like a reviewer. What will they see when they review it? Do they have street view available? Satellite view? A map with identifying information? Sometimes they won't have enough information… -
Problems with the AMA-answer about natural features
On the other hand the rejection reason is still out there, although natural features arent considered to be an instant K.O. anymore.
