wayfarer story: the frustrations of submitting things outside the civilization

My example is the educational trail "Wildes Erzgebirge" between the towns Eibenstock, Blauenthal and Sosa in the Ore Mountains, Saxony, Germany. Overview about the trail: https://www.erzgebirge-tourismus.de/touren/tour/entdeckertour-auf-wurzelrudis-erlebnispfad-wildes-erzgebirge/tour.html How did I learn about this trail?… -
Re: Information sign rejected.
You can see easily that reviewers would reject as being in a back yard with no proof of this being the case even though there is enough circumstantial evidence saying it probably does exist there. This once again shows that voters are biased towards rejecting and voting with the mentality that everything is fake unless… -

Re: Good Nomination and Bad Reviewers or the Inverse?
If that is the case, then are we not all just reviewing largely based on opinion? I believe that a commemorative sign meets criteria because it encourages exploration in the sense of 1) encouraging people to learn about this particular program and why it matters, and 2) will encourage people playing Wayfarer games to… -
Re: Fake or Photoshop?
Yes it's all a bit perplexing. As you've seen from the photo, I managed to persuade someone to visit the park and the signs are definitely there, and look permanent. Of course, that doesn't mean they aren't fakes, but it doesn't seem likely. This isn't a £2.99 plastic fake disc trail marker like we see all over the place.… -
Re: Fed up with illegitimate refusals

Sorry, I did not send the photos. Thank you in any case MagicalThorn for your advice and your kindness (in addition in French) Two elements to confirm that the place is open to the public Street View shows the top (the antennas). But a path provides access to a promontory which serves as a panorama The first: at the trail… -
Re: rejected POI
In the UK, there's been several attempts to get fake trail markers through, including ones randomly nailed to trees. Hence why I said it looks suspicious. I'm aware of how long trees can live, I live in an area with a number of nature reserves surrounding it. This has nothing to do with me being picky or reviewers being… -
Re: Wayfarer 3.1 Release Notes: New Criteria + Darkmode
Nice to see Niantic starting to gather all the current criteria into one place, but it needs a bit of work and is all a little "top level" and vague in places. What's missing are the explicit clarifications about topics that have been provided over recent months. If, as stated "Unlike previous clarifications and… -
