If you had titled it "Tri State Trail Footbridge" and pin it where it can be seen in Google map along with relevant information, it may have a better chance. At least the footbridge is on a hiking trail and has railing but it's still going to be challenging to reach a high star rating because there are other footbridges… -

Please remove the edit location option during voting. This gets abused and people are moving pins to other spots to intentionally drop them into occupied cells causing wayspots that take too long to get approved, to never appear. I imagine this happens a lot less often than someone trying to intentionally abuse the system… -
