Re: What is being done about Existing Nominators/Reviewers not keeping up with Criteria
The Wayfarer twitter certainly will be helpful with making wayfarer more accessible and keeping people updated on it. How helpful it will be about keeping people updated about criteria will depend heavily on how it is used. I've also seen people float the idea of an "Updates" or "News" page on the wayfarer site with… -

Re: Why the Portal Street art is removed all te time ?
It's on private residential property. Nothing on private residential property is allowed to be a Wayspot, even if the object is viewable or accessible from a public street or sidewalk without trespassing. That also includes anything painted or attached to the exterior walls of the house or any parameter fence or wall that… -
Re: Statues, war memorials, fountains etc. In graveyards
We'll clarify, @gazzas89-ING! Sensitive locations such as funeral homes, burial grounds, cemeteries, and graveyards should generally be avoided out of respect, but gravestones are eligible for consideration if it is publicly accessible and it belongs to a historical figure or significant community figure. For more… -
Re: Request for gym/pokestop removal rejected
Our take has been that candidates on private family residential property are ineligible. This includes outward facing boundary walls that are part of the residence or otherwise on the privately owned residential land. However shared spaces of apartments, gated communities, or other shared spaces might be eligible assuming… -

Re: Invalid Portal Report
Someone / an employee with an official authorisation from the air port could get close enough to Spin or Hack this Waypoint. That makes it acceptable, I've worked on quite a few "restricted sites" like this and usually check to see if there are any Waypoints there. A Waypoint does not have to be accessible to all players… -
Re: Official Complaint
Thanks for this additional information. I think the pedestrian access is someone misinterpreting whether it is accessible in the sense can people safely go there. The person thinks that because it is limited to residents that it is not accessible. This is a wrong interpretation. So that person is wrong in their reasoning.… -
Re: What on earth is this nonsense
Is there another bug that auto-rejects our submissions? What would be the justification for rejecting an accessible community-sponsored mosaic? Was it because he used a photo montage? Because he said 'the game'? Are the reviewers simply bent against something for no reason? I nominated a well-coifed old baseball field with…
