Re: Nomination Reject for Invalid Reasons
A trail marker can't be unique. There are placed all along the trail... Niantic said that's the trail we evaluate, not the marker, the marker is just a physical thing used to create a wayspot. And all trail are necesseraly unique. Not good? i don't really see how a trail marker can be "not good" for "marker only pointing… -

Re: Nomination Reject for Invalid Reasons
I agree with you on that point. There's just a difference between "reject every trail markers because they could be not unique" and "reject trail marker if there is an other trail marker accepted on the same area". I think the second option is the best one for trail markers. Unfortunatly, too many people reject trailmarker… -
Re: Nomination Reject for Invalid Reasons
You're not meant to accept every single trail marker on a single trail if they look identical. And i use the word "must" only for trail marker because this case is one of the most problematic for now, with more than 50% of bad rejections. -
Re: Nomination Reject for Invalid Reasons
I don't find the criteria subjective in 90% of cases... In this case, the question is "is it a real coffee shop?" the answer is yes, so if the photo is good, we just have to accept it as a wayspot. In the case of trail marker, it's more easy. If it's a trail marker on the photo, it must be accepted. 100% objective, no…
