   I’m curious if this will flow the other way and people who have already failed the reviewing test twice will no longer be able to submit?

   I agree everyone should retake the test, only if Niantic rework their quiz bank. It's just pointless to keep the existing quiz if many people spoiled the answers across the internet. Also, any chances for those already failed the test twice to experience the orientarion and retake the test once more?
