There are no requirements for you to play every Wayspot in existence nor is there a requirement for all Wayspot to be accessible to all players. If you cannot access it without trespassing, then all that means is that you do not have access to it. That doesn't make the Wayspot invalid or ineligible. -

Fences with gates or other entery points do not eliminate pedestrian access. DO NOT misinterpret pedestrian access with unrestricted access. There is no requirement that all Wayspots to be accessible to everyone or at all times. -

I like that you only need 1 pokestop to do a route. It makes them potentially equally accessible if you are an area with 1 or 100 pokestops you can still create one. And no reason why the route with 1 pokestop would be less interesting than one that went passed 10. -
