I think it's good that the wayspot was removed, but I don't understand why 1 wayfinder was punished? The object based on the wayspot seems to be real. Maybe he just didn't know that wayspots that are not safely accessible are not allowed? -

What about Wayspots that are within 40m of a private residence? The considerations when looking at private residential property have not changed with the criteria refresh.… -

In my opinion the public library is accessible to the public, and an Ingress/PoGo player can access the portal without physically being on the PRP. Therefore retiring this portal seems a bit unnecessary. People not playing AR games can access this point of interest, why can't players be in the near vicinity of it? -

Not every POI needs to be accessible to everyone. If it can be safely accessed by the people that work on the company, it's valid. It's very clear on November AMA. There is no requirement for Wayspots to be accessible to the general public or at all time. Restricted and limited access Wayspots are still perfectly valid so long as they do not meet the removal criteria. Just because it exists there doesn't mean you have to play on it. -

You could have use better examples of portals instead ones that makes you whine: Totem Musicale is in the UNITRE's garden, an University of the third age - accessible to public - and the Villa del Boccaglione opens to the public for special events - so it should be legit.
