   Could be possible, but the selection is quite random. Why would the administration remove some of the stops close to the wall which above are accessible from outside.

   You have to be able to get under the poi, not only accessible from outside. In my community there was a gym on a church's cemetery, which was only removed in PoGO because one man came too often (few times a day) to visit that gym
