I mean to be honest, as long as you can see that it’s walkable to without any extremely dangerous routes, then it should be safe enough. Trails for example are safe, it’s accessible to the public and has a dedicated walkway. -

The acceptance criteria says "Must be safe and publicly accessible by pedestrians (indoor or outdoor)" and I take this to mean that you have to be able to walk there.
