The place is not accessible to those not authorized to get there. It is no different that going to the top of a mountain outside of opening hours. If you are the mountain ranger you would be allowed to be there otherwise you are not. -

You are just ignoring every link stating that you are wrong: the range is closed and never was in the location of the trial in the first place.
