   If the objects still exist and they can be safely approached by workers and visitors, they are eligible and will not be removed. Limited access is not grounds for removal. Not all Wayspots have to be accessible to everyone.

   There has never been a requirement for portals to be accessible to everyone. To quote Niantic whenever an issue came up about limited or restricted access portals, see this as an opportunity to make friends and introduce them to the game.
