Those who reside at Ocean Shores or their guests can access the area AND they are part of the general public. There is no requirement for a Wayspot to be accessible to everyone. -

Actually, ONLY the people who can get inside Ocean Shores have the right to access those portals. As I have already mentioned, there is "HAVE" a machine or security guard is setting in each gate, which is already means "THEY ARE AGAINST PEOPLE WHO HAVE NO RIGHT TO ACCESS". You misunderstood the criteria already. Removal criteria is NOT same as rejectiom criteria. Maybe you can say recreational pools are generally ineligible, but once it's approved then you can't request it to be removed, unless the developer 'destroy' that pool. Then, multi-families residential property doesn't count as PRP…
