It is standard for appeals about reinstatement to ask for some up to date geotagged photos to prove it still exists at that location. This will help support your request.
These are not the geotags @elijustrying is referring to, as Google Maps isn’t showing the location with enough detail. The precise co-ordinates printed onto the image is one option - there is an app which does this.
(Your last image with the red blotches is extremely confusing.)
What they show above is exactly what a geotagged photo would look like on a Samsung phone. The only thing they need to do, if the team asks, is to share the actual file with the metadata and not a screenshot. There is no need to impose the usage of a third party app, especially when someone has already done what is usually required.
Are you also able to take photos from a lot further away, showing which tree these plaques are on with the plaques visible?
These close-up shots do not make it easy to verify the location is correct.
That’s more helpful, but it is still very hard to match to the trees on streetview due to the length of the road. Certainly the dead tree stump does not exist at the only co-ordinate given.
Can you provide the co-ordinates (or streetview link) for each of these trees?
