Still with this problem? I have 3 pokestops accepted, the first one 5 days ago, and are not in the game
This sounds more like an individual issue with the wayspots.
Can you supply the GPS co ordinates please.
It may be that they were not selected for Pokemon Go.

Others have been reporting that sync has been working correctly.
I have one accepted on April 3 that is live; haven’t checked the two accepted over the weekend, and had two more accepted yesterday that are not live (yet).

All 3 unfortunately share a cell with either a gym or pokestop
Numbers 1 and 2 on your list are far enough away from a stop or gym that they have the potential to be selected to appear in the Powerspot rotations. So you might see them at some point in game.
Your 3rd wayspot is too close to S Antonio pokestop, and if the community observations are correct can not appear as a powerspot. So as things stand it won’t appear at all.
These will all remain in the database for the developers to use if the choose.
