Please provide any documentary evidence that this route passes through this location. We have credible evidence suggesting that these markers are not put officially.

The website shows only trails in different locations, the ask is for you to show that there is also a trail here. If you want I could try to help you in Dutch.

I can’t prove that because i dont work for that organisation or anything, maybe they are working on that? I really don’t know. I saw the fitroute sign like others in our village and i tried making a pokestop of it, isn’t that the point of wayfarer? I see people comming by and do excercising, so that’s the point i was thinking o cool a new pokestop.

I did check the website, the route in the website in the >>Download hier de VITALE route<< show an identical “10” with the jumping jacks
However, the area of the route is in another area, which doesn’t really yet to prove if the marker is real.
The red circle mark the map of the route, the yellow circle mark the location you have given

This matches to this location on google maps (check Oudendijk which runs down the eastern side of the fit-route map):
Unfortunately, this puts your location of 51.593429,4.458006 definitely not on this fit-route.

There is a contact form on that website. Maybe it would help if someone got in touch with them and asked them specifically about whether they’ve installed a new trail in this area that hasn’t been uploaded to the website yet?

Yes they have multiple what i know.
Signs on the street and markers on poles.
So it’s there, but i really dont know they are making more of this? I cant give a awnser to that.
The only thing i did was making a pokestop of it because they were worthy true all village.
Why would i send all the prove if i wasnt convinced it wasnt a pokestop.
People who are committing deliberate wayfarer abuse will often swear up and down that they are not cheating. Unfortunately, you sending things that nearly prove the location is not sufficient.
A good course of action would be do to what @hankwolfman suggested above.
Alternatively, you could take a video that walks between several of the fitness stations that are part of the fit-route you submitted a wayspot for, clearly showing it exists and is not the one you linked above. This may be sufficient evidence.
You would need to include road-name signs to confirm the locations.

That’s a good idea, but sorry im not going to do that. I think that’s not the way wayfarer works, i see a pokestop that is there in reallife, showed prove and everything and got banned because it wasn’t there the e-mail shows in previous conversations here.

It seems you have 2 strike (Fake submission and missplacement of wayspot submission). If you think you got incorrectly suspended, you can appeal your case to niantic staff. The rest of us can only advise. You are free to take the advise before deciding on what to say to wayfarer staff
I can make photo or a video with location of a other fitroute sign, there is one 4 minutes walkings from me also one. That’s why i was thinking there was a new route in making.
