In your shoes, I would be taking a video that includes the fitness station for which I submitted a wayspot, would include street names and would include other fitness stations that are on the same fit-route in sequence - as many as I can without the video being unreasonably long.
Has anyone mentioned the other wayspot OP nominated - the No. 9? Where is that? EDIT: and if this were me I would likely have done the other 1-8 too assuming this trail extends to a new area.
Personally if I was in your position, I would be doing everything I could do prove the legitimacy of this submission so that I stood the best chance of getting the ban overturned. I wonât lie, I find it a little odd that you wouldnât want to message them to see if this is something they just havenât got around to adding to their website yet, when that would be exactly the kind of information that could easily exonerate you.
That being said, I did say âsomeoneâ could get in touch with them and see what they say. That doesnât necessarily have to be yourself.

You can use a service like one drive, google drive, streamable, or even YouTube to share videos as links if that helps. They can be privately shared in this manner too depending on settings

Good morning Stephan, Ideally, this route was developed using a QR code (which you can scan at every sign). The exercises are supposedly digital and can also be performed at different difficulty levels so that they remain challenging for everyone.
So does anybody else need some more information? The only thing i want is my account back because i think its a mistake. What else do i need to show more, would love to help to get my account back a.s.a.p.
Your pictures do not show a QR code to scan. So that answer does not provide proof that this is an officially installed exercise sign. All evidence you have provided put these information signs in a different location than the location you submitted them. That is the kind of proof that would help you to show the validity of these signs at that location.

I allready asked friends for photoâs in pokemon go because im 100% sure, by all the signs there is no qr signs. If you go in pokemon go to the locations that are showing in the folder or anything i know for real there are no qr signs, maybe im able today to take photos and showing it to you but i got 2 young kids also so its makes it hard.
The reply from the company that create the fit-routes is that this route has QR signs at every fitness station. Older routes not having fitness stations is not relevant, so pictures of those from Pokemon Go would not assist.
It now appears this fit-route has QR codes; your photo of a fitness station on this route does not.
I drove to anotger fitnis station, and took some photos and got the location codes for google streetview, as i tought there were no qr signs, see photo below and cords.
You can take a look with streetview with thr map of all the spots non of them got a qr?

@salixsorbus extra information, this fitniss station is on the digital folder and one of the three routes you can take or walk, non of them got a QR code, this are the most recent routes i think, i think you need to download the files of the routes and the information is in the files what you have to do?

You still havent provide proof that your submission is official. Niantic already stated that they have evidence that the sign is not put officially.
- Your nomination is not on trail map
- Your nomination doesnt have qr code like the email said
So far your explanation doesnt looks good.
You need to get updated trail map which show your nomination.
I am not saying you should do this nor it guarantee anything but if i were you, i would take video recording whole fitness stasion along the trail. Marking them on map and record all picture of the fitness station. This will at least prove that the trail exist and not something you create

- 1 did i need to checked it before making a pokestop of it? Do i need to investigate all kind of things before i nominate something? I saw it and nominated it, so if its outside a regular route, why is that my fault and brings me a ban?
- 2 Non of the fitnis stations have it, included on all maps, i even made pictures of a other station, we have a local authority with different villages, Oudenbosch has only QR signs and Oud-Gastel were i live has a app you got to do with it.

Yes. If i were you, trail map is the first thing i try to find. Because it is evidence that the trail exist and not something i try to create unofficially. A lot of wayfarer in the past try to create fake trail wayspot by putting trail sticker or something similar.
