My Wayspot “Cancha Deportiva de la Cooperativa Mariscal Sucre” was accepted on July 18, 2026 and is visible in the Wayfarer map. However, it has still not appeared in Pokémon GO.
Coordinates: -0.245009, -79.179873
I understand that not every accepted Wayspot appears in every Niantic game, but I would like to know whether this Wayspot is excluded due to Pokémon GO S2 cell rules or if there is a synchronization issue.

This is excluded due to the S2 rules as the cell is already occupied.
Incidentally, you posted the wrong coordinates
The existing pokestop Parque de la Cooperativa Mariscal Sucre is at -0.245009,-79.179873
Your new wayspot Cancha Deportiva de la Cooperativa Mariscal Sucre is at -0.245069,-79.179683
These are probably just over 22m apart so the new wayspot might get used as a powerspot.
