Hi can I have some help please, my account since 2016 has been banned? i recently tried to login but it wouldn’t work. I have no idea why! I have been through the terms and services and have not done anything to violate them. I decided to get some help here first since the official ban appeal seems like a scripted bot based on my research on redit and I’m scared to do it. I have also check my emails and have not received anything about being banned and in fact I get promotional emails. I have been playing this game on and off since 2016 and have invested what I could and would never risk losing my pokemon that I have spent so much of my time and money to acquire. Please can anyone help the ban to be removed. I’m willing to send any sort of evidence required this is all new to me and have no idea what I need right now and as you can probably tell I’m in a lot of stress and anxiety.

First, You will need to confirm whether any suspension came from Wayfarer or Pokemon Go, Staff here can only assist if it is Wayfarer.
If you mean that the game just wouldn’t load / log in then this does not sound like a Suspension. As far as I know it would allow you to log in then give a message that your account is suspended.
Lot’s of things are said on Reddit etc that are not true. Again, As far as I know you will be asked some automated questions but then you will be contacted by a member of staff.
Without any details that would come from the emails us normal members are going to struggle. You can wait for a member of staff who are likely to DM you the details but you may have to wait.

Hey thanks for your message, I honestly don’t know who it can from. When I try to login I get a message which is titled account termination notice.
I have not had a Suspension so I am guessing slightly but that definitely sounds like a suspension. Does it state how long for?
You will need to wait for a member of staff, nobody else here can see your account details.
They are likely to send a DM with either the Wayfarer reason or to state that it has come from the Pokemon Go team and then you will need to contact that team directly.

It says permanent if it’s not sorted here do you know anywhere I can talk to get a real niantic worker for support because as I said there are so many redit posts saying the same thing about the ban appeal process I have not seen one that does anything outside the script

How can I reach out to an actual person from niantic? The ban appeal process seem to just be a bot that doesn’t ping any humans. Is there a way you can help or point me to someone please? Please add my discord I don’t mean to harass or anything but I want to know if there is a genuine solution, as far as I know there are people who have tested the ban appeal using accounts that are not banned and the bot will always end up saying you violated terms and you are banned end of story.
