Expliquer moi dapres vous pourquoi ça ete refuser , parce que temporaire ou indistinct ce nest pas une raison valable pour moi , je pense a la photo principale peut etre ? Ou pas de point de vue , normalement les aires de jeux sont acceptes assez facilement .
This doesn’t look like a play area for kids, as there’s no play equipment or a sign noting such. Sure, kids can play here, but there’s nothing in your main photo that place marks this as a play area, such as a sign or play equipment. I would focus on the sign or what looks to be some play equipment/set in the supporting photo for the main photo, otherwise it just looks like an area with a fence, not a play area.

Let’s try for more success 
The key issue like last time is your photograph.
When I look at the main picture I see the fence and trees not a play area, if I look very carefully and zoom in, I see a sign and a piece of play equipment.
So instead off hoping that a reviewer will do that, make it easy for them by ensuring it is easy to see what it is.
This could be a close up of the sign - again taking up about 70% of the picture works well. Or standing at the entrance and taking a picture of the play equipment so again it fills the picture.
Your supporting picture quite good maybe angle a little more to include the street and less of the foreground.

That looks so much clearer and obvious that it is a play area.
If I am being “picky” I would have preferred a a nice picture of the play equipment from near where the supporting has been taken but it should be fine with sign.
The difference a good phot o makes is huge you can now see what it is clearly and where it is.
Make sure that the supporting information points out that play areas are great for exercise and socialisation, so that you draw attention to how it meets criteria.
