Es normal que se apele una nominación rechazada y su estado pase de “apelación Pendiente” a “en revisión” (de Niantic)?

And yes this is the normal process 
It starts at appeal pending when you submit the appeal.
Once it is its turn to be assessed, it moves into a separate queue of work and has the tag Under review (by Niantic).
It should take too long once it has reached this status.
