my submission is 「小北仔 SioPaká」。It is completely consistent with the text shown in the photo.
The store’s appearance has been updated since the last Street View image.

Just to be clear, is this store a complete brand new that is replacing the old one or the store that change the name?
If this is a new store, replacing the old one, then your title change is considered repurpose and this is not allowed. You have to remove old wayspot and add a new one following by Wayfarer criteria.
It is the same shopping mall and the same store; the only changes are the name being updated to Tâi-lô (Taiwanese Romanization) and the Chinese name reverting to its common local name.
The localization of the store name is a strategic choice, considering that the primary customer base consists of local residents with very few foreign tourists.
